These analyses are conducted within sensory laboratories designed in following the ISO 8589 standard (Sensory analysis – General guidance for the design of test rooms) to ensure a strict control of environmental conditions (odours, light, noise, temperature and humidity).
Furthermore, the use of mobile booths allows us to organize consumer testing in centralized locations such as fairs or exhibitions maintaining highly standardized the test run procedure.
